Acceptance and scope

By using this website or confirming a consultation, you accept these terms. Service Forgecore provides practical relocation planning concerning moves to Germany. We do not provide legal representation, immigration decisions, tax advice, certified translation, insurance brokerage or property brokerage. Authorities and regulated professionals retain responsibility for their decisions and advice.

Booking and client responsibilities

A booking exists only after we confirm the date, scope and fee in writing. You are responsible for giving accurate, current information, checking official deadlines and deciding whether to act on general guidance. Do not send sensitive documents unless a secure and necessary method has been agreed.

Fees, changes and cancellation

Fees and included work are stated before confirmation. No payment is taken on this website. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds follow our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Original website writing, consultation frameworks and written records remain protected by intellectual-property law. You may use a record privately for your household’s relocation. You may not sell, publish or reproduce it for commercial use without written permission. Official publications linked from our materials belong to their respective owners.

Accuracy and third parties

We take reasonable care to use current, relevant sources, but procedures, fees and appointment systems can change without notice. Links do not amount to endorsement. You must verify requirements with the competent authority, insurer or regulated adviser before relying on them.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, Service Forgecore is not liable for indirect loss, missed authority decisions, housing availability, third-party conduct or outcomes outside our control. Our aggregate liability relating to a consultation is limited to the fee paid for that consultation.

Conduct and termination

We may end a booking where communication is abusive, the requested work is unlawful, a conflict exists, or the matter falls outside our competence. Any refund will reflect work already completed.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand (TH), without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. The parties should first try to resolve a concern in writing. Courts with lawful jurisdiction under applicable consumer and private-international-law rules may hear unresolved disputes.
