This call helps you assess practical relocation implications before accepting accommodation. We discuss whether the arrangement is intended to permit registration, which costs should appear alongside cold rent, how deposits are normally handled, and what evidence to request from a prospective landlord.
We do not inspect property, verify ownership, negotiate the tenancy or provide legal review of a lease. Suspected fraud or disputed clauses should go to the police, a tenants’ association or a qualified lawyer as appropriate.
