Information we receive and why

We receive the name, email, chosen consultation, timing and message you submit. We use it to answer your request, assess a suitable scope, administer a booking and meet legal accounting duties. During a confirmed consultation we may record your stated relocation circumstances and action notes. We do not ask for passport scans, medical records or account credentials through the public form.

Our bases for handling information may include steps requested before a contract, performance of a consultation agreement, legal obligations, consent where specifically requested, and legitimate interests in secure correspondence and service improvement.

Retention

Unbooked enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Consultation correspondence and records are normally retained for three years after the engagement, while invoices may be retained for the period required by tax law. We may keep limited records longer when necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Sharing and international transfers

We use service providers for hosting, email and secure video meetings only as needed. Providers may process information outside Thailand, Germany or your country. Where required, we use contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism and consider the protection available at the destination. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Some rights have legal exceptions. Contact us with enough information to identify the correspondence; we may need proportionate identity verification. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.

Security and cookies

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is risk-free. Our cookie notice explains browser storage and optional analytics choices.

Children and changes

The site is intended for adults arranging relocation. Do not submit information about a child unless it is necessary for a household enquiry and you have authority to do so. Material changes to this notice will be dated on this page.
