Each fee includes preparation from your questionnaire, the live consultation, and concise written notes sent within two working days. Fees are informational until a date and scope are confirmed. No payment is processed through this website.
When the scope is different
Some circumstances should not be stretched to fit a fixed session. Coordinating a multi-stage family arrival, comparing several cities, or preparing repeated appointments may require an estimate. We first identify what can responsibly be handled by a relocation adviser and which parts belong with an immigration lawyer, tax adviser, insurer or translator.
Any estimate states the hours, deliverables, exclusions and cancellation terms before you agree. We do not charge a percentage of rent, salary or relocation spending.
Changes and preparation
One reschedule is available without charge when requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations, no-shows and work already completed are handled under our refund policy. If we discover before the session that your main question requires regulated advice we cannot give, we will explain that and offer cancellation or a narrower scope.
